Private, quiet beach front home located approximately 5 miles north of San Pedro. Two bedrooms, two bath. Walking distance to several resorts for dining. Master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a double and a single bed. Full kitchen, ceiling fans throughout, and there is a flat screen tv/dvd/cd player in the house. Spectacular views from the roof top terrace. Maid service available upon request.
Rates:
January 6 - December 11
$250 per night + 9% accommodation tax.
December 12 - January 5
$285 per night + 9% accommodation tax.
$20 per night additional fee for more than 4 persons, four night minimum stay requirement.
