Casa Playa is a privacy fenced complex with three separate living spaces located in the Tres Cocos area of San Pedro, just a mile north of town.
This property can sleep a total of 6 persons and is perfect for couples or big family groups. The upstairs portion of the main house has a full kitchen, living/dining room, two bedrooms (one king and one queen bed) and three bathrooms.
The balcony on the east side of the property faces the Caribbean across the cleared, unused, beach front lot that is also part of the property and is available for the guests' use.
The pool suite downstairs has a full kitchen, living area and one bedroom (one queen bed) and full bath.
There is a half bath off the pool deck and an area that can be used as a bar or for BBQ.
Cable TV and wifi included as well as arrival and departure transfers from San Pedro Airport or Ferry landing.
