Hazel Gutierrez is originally from Leon, Nicaragua but has been raised in San Pedro Town since she was 5. She is a proud honor roll graduate of San Pedro Junior College with an Associates Degree in Business Management majoring in Accounting. She has extensive knowledge in both International and Local banking having worked previously at Caye International Bank for for 5 years and Heritage Bank for over two years. In her free time, she loves going to the beach and spending time with her family. She looks forward to assisting you in any of your accounting needs.

Patricia Scott moved to the island nine years ago with her husband, Carlos. They now have two boys and enjoy living the island life. She has small business experience as well as tons of back ground info about the island. She looks forward to helping you make your vacation the best it can be.

Owner

Mary Hawthorne moved from Texas to San Pedro in 1986 after vacationing there for a few years prior. Her property management business began that year when she was asked to watch over a secluded home north of the Boca del Rio which back then was a very sparsely populated area with no electricity. From there, her business grew into the largest and most successful property management company on the island and she still has her first customer.
